How big are the cakes?

Regular minis: Our regular minis that come in our adorable takeout boxes with a fork and candle are 4 inches in diameter. Each cake has 2 layers of cake. These can be eaten by yourself or split between up to 4 people.

Mini XL: These cakes crank up the elegance up a notch with their stunning clear boxes. They are the same diameter as the regular minis (4 inches), but they have an additional layer of cake which makes it significantly taller. These can feed between 2-4 people.

6” cakes: It’s in the name! These cakes are 6” in diameters and have 2 layers of cake. These are MUCH bigger than the minis or mini XL. The jump is size is quite significant. These can feed between 10-14 people.

Can you deliver to Edmonton or Calgary?

At this time, the short answer is no. M.I.L.C. Cake co. is based in Lacombe, Alberta, and since it is just I (Stéphanie) doing it all, I cannot afford a 3h round trip to deliver a single cake. I really hope that as the business grows, I’ll be able to hire a delivery driver when the volume justifies it. Fingers crossed!

I like a design, but not the message or colour showed on the picture. Can I customize the cakes?

Yes! All cakes are fully customizable! When you click “add to cart”, a customization form with show up on your screen. You’ll be prompted to pick your cake flavour, icing colours, message on the cake, date of pick up and more! Plus, the “additional info/comment” section lets you let me know if you want to customize it further (ex. add/remove bows. Add edible glitter. Cats instead of frogs…)

Does M.I.L.C. stand for anything?

Funnily enough, yes! M.I.L.C. stands for Man, I Love Cake. I also really like cows and that was a splendid excuse to add some cow print in our logo created by the talented Savana Alden (@Savage.over.average on Instagram).
